The children will, over the next couple of weeks, be writing a list to Father Christmas with the help of their keyworker. They will post their own letter when we go for a walk to find the nearest letterbox. The letters requesting permission for us to share your address with the post office so Santa can write back to your child, has been sent home with every child. Please return the slip confirming your agreement - or not, your confirmation of address.
You can chose for his reply to come to the playgroup address!
Please have a look at our most recent newsletter for information about how we have been doing over the last 4 weeks while we have been open.
There is also a section with term dates as we know them up to the end of 2021
All the keyworkers have as usual at the end of term, written reports for all the children. In order for you to collect your report and Journal, if your child is leaving us, we are contacting parents with details or their time to collect on Wednesday 14 July
We are looking forward to seeing some of the older children back at St John´s Nursery Playgroup from Monday 22 June. We have been really busy getting the playgroup ready. Everything has been cleaned, the layout of the Rainbow Room has been changed to allow for social distancing between the different groups of children.
The garden has been divided into to areas so as many children can be outside as possible, while still maintaining a safe distance. Mrs Dean has produced a video with the new indoor areas and another will follow showing our garden. Please see our Facebook page for the video
Please see the attached letter which is being sent to those parents who have asked for their children to return from 22 June 2020. A text message was sent to all families before the half term. Please text us if you have not received this message relating to reopening. As some mobile numbers were out of date, we may not have reached everyone. We hope this provides assurance that we are doing our very best to keep the children, their parents and the staff team as safe as we can. We look forward to seeing many of you from 22 June
